When you call or text us, we keep your phone number and the content of the conversation so we can follow up. If you become a customer, we also keep records of the work performed, the address of the property, job photos, and payment records.
We do not ask for and do not want sensitive personal information such as social security numbers or bank account credentials. Please do not send those to us.
How we use your information
We use your information to prepare and send estimates, schedule and perform work, take payment, answer questions, and follow up about the job. We may occasionally contact past customers about seasonal services such as gutter cleaning or holiday lighting. We do not sell your information, and we do not rent or trade contact lists.
Text messages and SMS consent
If you give us your mobile number through a form on this site or by texting us, you agree that we may send you text messages about your estimate, your appointment and your job. Mobile numbers collected for SMS are used by Sully's Pressure Washing only. They are not sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing, and consent to receive text messages is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Who we share information with
We share information only with the service providers we need to run the business, such as our website host, our form and email provider, our job management and photo software, and our payment processor. Those providers handle information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. Job photos
We photograph our work and use those photos on this website and on social media as examples of what we do. Photos show the property, not identifying details such as house numbers where we can avoid it, and we never publish a customer's name or address alongside a photo without permission. If you would prefer we did not photograph your property, tell us before the job and we will not.
