No. We install our own commercial grade lighting, fitted to your property. This allows us to service the lights during the season and to guarantee how they look and perform.
How much does professional holiday lighting cost?

What if a bulb or strand stops working during the season?
Give us a call. We make every reasonable effort to address service requests within 1 to 2 business days, subject to weather, safety, scheduling, parts availability, and the type of issue. Major outages are prioritized first.
Will installing lights damage my roof or gutters?
We use careful, non-invasive mounting methods and the same roof and gutter experience we rely on for our pressure washing work. Clips and fasteners are chosen to suit the surface they attach to.
When do installations begin?
Holiday lighting installations begin ahead of the Christmas season. We recommend booking early to help secure your preferred installation window.
Do you take the lights down after the holidays?
Yes. Takedown is included as part of the service.
Do you install decorations other than roofline lights?
Yes. Depending on the property and design, we can incorporate wreaths, garland, select trees, and other architectural features into your display.
