House washing with integrity! Our home is an historic Victorian painted a particular color. Before Mike accepted the job he wanted to make sure the typical cleaning solution applied wouldn't affect the color and called Sherwin Williams corporate directly with the exact color mix and was told that that the pigment would indeed be impacted by the cleaning. Mike told us that there is an alternate solution but it would cost more. We agreed to the upcharge. On the day of the cleaning he tested solutions in small, hidden areas of the house to doublecheck. When the job was complete and the house looked 10 years younger, he said he did not need to apply the more expensive treatment after all and re-invoiced us at a lower cost. Honesty. Professionalism. And a job well done. All businesses can learn from Sully's. Can't recommend them enough.
